Our grass-fed beef tenderloin is marinated for 48 hours and enhanced with fresh orange slices, creating a bright, balanced flavour.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roast the Beef:
  • Remove the oranges, from the beef and save.
  • Place the Beef Fillet in the preheated oven. Roast for approximately 25-30 minutes for medium-rare, or until the internal temperature reads:
  • 52°C (125°F) for rare
  • 60°C (140°F) for medium
  • 68°C (155°F) for well-done
  • Adjust roasting time as needed based on your preference.

Rest the Meat:
  • Remove the beef fillet from the oven and transfer it to a cutting board. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a tender roast.

Serve:
  • Slice the beef fillet into thick slices and arrange on a platter. Drizzle with any remaining pan juices and garnish with the orange slices.
